How things work......
Hey everyone! I just wanted to update everyone who has been coming to my studio so it’s not a huge surprise when it happens. This is for anyone who uses the studio come 2026.
If you haven't heard of my studio then you will on 91.9 Sundays @6:00pm
I’ll be setting things up on more of a standard pricing basis which goes straight across the board with no negotiations sorry to say. Any prior arrangements with bands/clients will end Christmas break 2025.
Full songs completed at Washburn Records studio from start to finish will be 500.00 which includes three hours of recording time the mixing and the master of the song recorded. 50.00 per hour for additional recording or studio time after the three hours (touching up vocals or meetings/project details)
Songs that require to be recorded at Chalet Studios main room will be 775.00 per song which gets full run of Chalet Studios main room and engineer for recording the parts of the song and then all parts are mixed and mastered at Washburn Records studio. Any additional time over the three hours recording will be an additional 90.00 per hour.
Individual Mixes will be 350.00 per song, this includes:
- Any song that has been finalized but needs remixed or customized for other uses
- Songs that have been recorded elsewhere but need mixed, remixing or adjustments (Clients are responsible to have proper multitrack .wav files for mixes in 24bit/ 44.1 or 48 though I’d prefer 44.1)
Masters remain at 50.00 per song
Building up until now my family and I have been very generous with time and budgets helping artists meet their goals but that time has come to an end. The prices reflect how much time I spend in my studio on projects and is a fair price for the time spent, the quality of the finished music, the quality of the equipment and tools provided and upkeep of the equipment and studio.
